Session objectives include: 1. Identify common operational pressures that can affect sustainability in private, independent, or small-practice settings. 2. Distinguish between workload challenges and workflow or systems-design challenges. 3. Reflect on how workflow clarity, task definition, communication pathways, and routine practice structures can support stable and ethical service delivery. 4. Explore practical approaches to organizing the administrative side of therapeutic practice so clinicians can focus more fully on their core work. 5. Consider simple operational systems and routines that may support more consistent practice management.
