It’s Creative Arts Therapies Week • March 15 - 21, 2026 • Consider the power of creativity to support your wellbeing.

The field of creative arts therapies includes folks from
• art therapy
• play therapy
• dance & movement therapy
• eco therapy
• Indigenous healing arts
• music therapy
• poetry therapy
• drama therapy
• Expressive arts (any combination of these)

Healing experiences are not one-size-fits all. Creative arts therapists can help people to express, often adding a richness and depth that language sometimes struggles to convey.
